m15 R3, problem AWCC Fusion, CPU/DRAM show 0.00

What AWCC and OC Controls versions of these applications are installed? What changed, to make these AWCC FUSION CPU & DRAM frequency features stop appearing in the Overclock 01 profile? Can you create Overclock 03 with these 'missing' features? 

I have a windows 10 system, the alienware AWCC version is 1.1.22.0, the OC control version is 1.3.11.1300. I simply stopped seeing both frequency meters, I had the 1.4.0 version of the bios and I thought that updating to the newest one would fix the problems of the OC control of alienware command center, not when I create a new overclock profile, everything is the same, it does not come out no meter.

Can you recall if these AWCC FUSION features stopped appearing after a Windows 10 operating system, Windows Update? 

AWCC is not a standalone application and changes to the Windows 10 operating system may have removed these AWCC features. 

If you have Dell warranty or extended warranty, have you arranged for Dell Technical Support to put this issue into a fault ticket so that it can be fixed? 

How did you fix it? I have the same problem no CPU frequency and no DRAM frequency on m15 R3.

hello I had to reset the computer and reinstall a clean windows, since I found out that when we buy the computer it comes with a windows full of unnecessary things, the important thing when restoring the computer is that you must do it with a clean installation and from scratch without preserving files Old ones, if you have a lot of information on your computer, make a copy on an external disk but I would recommend doing a clean start with a clean installation of windows 10. A lot of attention after the clean start of windows 10 go to start the Alienware control center and install it again and this is how it worked again.

This didn't work for me, after full delete and reinstall same issue 0 frequency and 0 Celsius temp

Anyone ever fix this?

Reinstalling the OC Controls or trying different (even older) versions of the AWCC may fix it.

If you have a non-overclockable (locked) CPU the app does not correctly report "your CPU can't overclock" and instead just shows 0 frequency, 0 temperature.
