m15 R3, shows green light even if my backlight is off
Hi. My alienware m15 R3 is showing some backlight issue. If i completely turn off my rgb light of the keyboard, still is showing some green lights on these buttons. It is not that much bright when i turn on alienfx. And if i put different light,it shows all the light correctly and also bright. But when i turn off my backlit, this is happening. I updated all my drivers. And after updated last night, this wasn’t showing the green light. But today in the morning it again started showing the green lights. Please help me

Hi, I have the same problem but the keys are the 9, P and F11 and the light is blu.
I have opened an issue on dell support but they still not gave me any solution.
What driver have you reinstalled to solve the problem?
Thanks, Alberto

@AlienwareRadeen @AlbertoTornielli @RockyRocs
Our Alienware 17 R5 MLK refresh laptop has no lights and AlienFX 2.0 has always refused to install. The m15 R3 is also in our AWCC compatibility system group and therefore has the same AWCC and OC Control applications.
The AlienwareAlienFXTester.exe is part of Alienware AlienFX. We do not know what other files it requires and hope that it is a standalone application. Maybe this tester will fix your AlienFX problem.
Please help by providing a copy of your AlienFX tester application.
Guess that AlienFX 1.0 and AlienFX 2.0 install their tester in the same place. Internet research says AlienwareAlienFXTester.exe is usually located in the 'C:\Program files\Alienware\Command Center\' folder.
Thank you.

Is this solved? I have the same issue with his right now too. I tried reinstalling AWCC but didn't work.
