m17 R2 freeze, #3
Upon reading your post, I've realized that I am not the only person experiencing such issue. Mine freezes about 4-5 times a day. FYI: I have a USB laptop cooler pad installed and currently I am only using my laptop to check on my emails, do Facebook and Microsoft Office Apps. This could be an issue that Dell needs to address as it seems like a defect.

I get freezes too, tho it never happens when gaming, which is odd cause that's when most of the resources are being used, it freezes when I'm doing mundane things like browsing the web, the key/mouse locks for a 3-5 seconds and then it goes back to normal

my freeze too when the mouse or keyboard freeze while im printing the 3d it freeze too must be whole hardware!

ive been watching app history usage ... the last top of list activity was AWCC thats cause the system freezing for few sec... few month ago it was bad bug with led / AWCC crash/ closing, now something else ahh freeze!
