Although I could not remove it, I have been able to disable the Nahimic Service in Task Manager / Services. Things seem to be back to normal, for now.

Got the same Issue here... I check on some forum and see that some people have the same issue to . Got one who say that it is the command center. So uninstall the command center. CPU is good. Try redownload it. Got the problem again... try a older version... still got the problem. so I uninstall the command center...
