x17 R1, turning off external lights in sleep mode
Alienware x17 R1
Sometimes, rarely, I try to do this strange and annoying thing called 'sleep'. When I close my lid, I want my machine to stop the blaring light on the outside of my box that prevents *my* sleep. How can I automate turning off the external lights when I close it? This is a Alienware x17 R1 with a purple alien on the back and a bright green around the fan area.

That disables my touchpad...I tried the other Fn+F keys and I found high performance mode, whee! And how to cast, brightening my screen, turn off or brighten the keyboard only...lots of fun stuff.
But no control over outer lights

The AlienFX LEDs can be toggled Off or On by key combination Fn + F12.
