Avamar Extended Retention Admin Console Stuck on Loading Springboards
We recently went through the upgrade from 6.1 to 7.1. I am positive that the technician logged onto the AER console. I cannot get the console loaded because it never gets past the "Loading Springboards..." message. Has anyone ever seen this or know how to remedy?

Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies. You may also need to clear your Java cache as described here:

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I've tried this as well as different browsers and different computers - all with the same result. I went ahead and opened a service request with EMC.
