Cannot log in as user. Error: code 1385: Logon failure: the user has not been granted
Hi All,
I'm new to this tool. The backup failed with "Cannot log in as user. Error: code 1385: Logon failure: the user has not been granted".
Please let me know to resolve the issue.

Is the user trying to login using an Avamar local account (setup within Avamar) or using an LDAP-integrated directory service? If the latter, what format is being used when entering the user name? Are all of the other parameters correct (reminder: the "Domain" field refers to the Avamar domain you want to log in to, not the directory service "domain" in which your domain user account may reside).
