How do I perform a VSS system state restore?
Hello. I am using Widows server 2008r2 and Avamar 7.0. I am trying to restore the system state of my server, however when I attempt to run the restore I get the following error:
Error <0000>: Disaster Recovery backup is being used for online restore of system state. This is not supported.
Do I have to perform a BMR in order to perform a system state restore?

Hi,
Avamar only supports online restore of Active Directory, if you want to restore the whole system state you have to perform a BMR.
