Issues with Hyper-V Plugin

Question

I am having issues with capturing a Hyper-V backup.  I know my issue is a result of this error that keeps repeating in the Application Even t Log. Faulting application avhypervvss.exe, version 7.0.102.43, time stamp 0x537fff6d, faulting module RESUTILS.dll!ClusterClearBackupStateForShare, version 6.0.6001.18000, time stamp 0x4791adec, exception code 0xc0000139, fault offset 0x00000000000b1188, process id 0x1348, application start time 0x01cf99e822006812. The server is Windows 2008 Enterprise. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.  Let me know if there are any further details needed.
