Possible RDB/RSG creation latency issue.

Question

I have both a 2013 & 2010 DAG that both give me possible RDB/RSG creation latency issue error message when trying to do an RDB/RSG restore. Both environments have 3 members to their respective DAG. The 2010 environment is a bit large, 12TB, but the 2013 environment is extremely small, 12GB. I have no problems backing up either DAG nor do I have any problems with restoring the databases to a file and then use exchange powershell to point an RDB/RSG to the edb that is restored. I've tried enabling Avamar debugging for the restores to RDB but still only receive the creation latency issue. Any one else seen this or can point me where to get more informative logging errors either from Avamar or Exchange?

not sure but first thought is: you can only have 1 RDB/RSG from Avamar at a time check and make sure there is not an existing RDB for the DataStore you are working on.
