SQLVDI errors

I am receiving SQLVDI errors on SQL 2000 and SQL 2005 servers running on Windows Server 2003 when my Avamar backup jobs run.

I found a Microsoft KB article (934396) dealing with the sqlvdi.dll.  I have requested the patch from Microsoft for both SQL 2000 and SQL 2005.

I wanted to see if others have had this issue and have solved it with the hotfix from Microsoft.
