The agent status is cannot connect.
The Client is grayed out in Administration. Clicking it would give the following error:
Event Code: 21007
Category: System
Serverity: PROCESS
Summary: Internal Administrator Client error.
0 ERROR! Exit code 74: account not found in the Avamar database
The agent status is cannot connect.
No Events found!

The GSAN User Accounting System and Avamar Administrator Server database are out of sync for this client. Please open a service request for this issue.
