Hi Jason,
Make sure you logged in with administrative privileges, if not,run the following from the Windows command line:
C:\Program Files\avs\bin>avscc.exe --runnonprivileged
Make sure you have selected Single CPU, run "SET Processor" from the command prompt.
Try re-installing the VMimage software.

Known bug with 6.0 SP1. Install 6.0.101.66 which 6.0 SP1 refresh to fix this issue.
