What does this mean: Client Reconnect Error - Unknown ID

A sub message is "NO LOCATION - RECORD MAY BE CORRUCT".  These messages are in the Events log.  Is this a DB problem?  How can it be resolved?

I would recommend opening a service request for this issue.

This type of issue is normally caused by some kind of mismatch between the client's registration / activation information, the GSAN user accounting system and / or the MCS database. Determining which side has the issue isn't something I would expect a customer or partner to do.
