This message can be safely ignored on Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition. If this is Windows Server 2003 Standard, hotfix 52573 is currently in development to address this issue.

The hotfix is not ready yet but I would recommend contacting support so they can keep you posted about its availability.

Hi Ian,

I have the same problem, do you know if the hotfix is ready?

Thanks,

The hotfix for 6.1.101-87 that I mentioned above was released almost a year ago. Hotfix 54028 is also available for Avamar 6.1.102-46. However, according to the bug database, Avamar 7.0 is not affected by this issue so I would recommend upgrading the client  to 7.0 instead of applying either of these hotfixes.

If the server is still running Avamar 6.1, you would have to update the client catalog on the server before upgrading any clients to 7.0.

Thanks for your response.

The Avamar client version of the server is 6.1.101.87.

Can you tell me where I can find the hotfix 54028?

Regards.
