rman crosscheck slow using avamar
rman crosschecks are very slow using avamar. Each time avamar crosschecks a file it opens a connection to avamar server crosschecks the file and closes the connection. It does the same for all the backup sets. Each crosscheck takes around 3-5sec sometimes even more depending on load on the server. The crosschecks are running way longer than the actual backups.
Appreciate any help speeding up the crosschecks.

This requires advanced troubleshooing, please raise a case with support to have this checked and assisted in this regard.
