Dear Osama,

Connect your laptop to the switch to which you connected the storage and configure your laptop with a ipaddress and subnet according to switch configuration and start initialization tool it automatically detect your storage.

Have you connected the Ethernet ports of the SPs to the network? If so, as Venkat suggested, ensure that the machine from which you are running the Navisphere Array Initialization tool is connected to the same switch or at least to the same VLAN and Subnet. The initialization tool will find the array irrespective of what IP addresses have been set on it. Make sure the SPs and your computer are on SAME VLAN.

Hope this helps. Please revert back if you have any more issue or else request you to kindly update the status of this post.

Consty,

You would be better going to the SP_IP_address/setup and change it over there...
