I have a CX700 with multiple degraded LUN faults in navisphere yet the hardware physically doesnt have any amber lights??? Looking for thoughts on a fix.
probably, backend cable (on SP-B port BE2) / Bus2_Enclosure0 LCC fault. If you are scheduling a downtime for reboot (not necessary if you have all the hosts with proper multipathing configured) you can check and try a reseat of these components. If that is not resolving this issue (enclosure missing), you may try a reboot/reseat of your SP-B as suggested by dynamox.

having the customer re-verify that cables are in place and clicked in.
also having them verify if theres prod data on it, i assume no since theres no contract on it.

Enclosures are missing from SPB side, may be cable loose/fault from SPB.
