Your CE should be able to connect through the service ports on the SPs to determine this information for you. These are serial (DB9) connections on each SP.

The last time I had to do it I had to use an EMC application called EMCConnect to make the connection. It gives you a console connection to the SP something like PC Anywhere or VNC. But you then need to log in to the SP and for that you need credentials which I don't think are best shared in a somewhat public Forum.
