You will be redirected to Powerlink, login the powerlink and access the service partner web from Navigator list (top-right of the page).

I'm still unable to locate the Clariion Procedure Generator. I do not have the link for service partner web in the navigator list. when I click the direct link it doesn't bring me anywhere. Does anyone know where the proc gen is located?

This is what I see on PowerLink - if you have a partner account, you should be seeing this, if you don't, you'll need to check you're account for the correct access.
