c:\naviseccli -h 1.2.3.4 destroy -everything -noprompt
array destruction complete
c:\
.... oh whoops I selected the wrong array!

well you need to invalidate data directory and should be a cusotmer engineer engagement. As mentioned by Parks the process is mentioned in Primus emc69551.

Flare will prevent you from destorying any LUN if it is in a storage group - no one command can do that.
There is an erase service that cleans all the disks.
