Hi Abdullah,

The support dial number for Pakistan are as follows -

Pakistan
00 800 01001,,,,800 560 5982 (2 Stage dial)
00 800 01001,,,,888 649 0604 (2 Stage dial)

However, I strongly recommend to get in touch with your Service manager or any other EMC Support contact or representative to confirm the same and get required guidelines to complete the installation and configuration.

You mentioned that you are EMC Partner - so you must have proper documentation and guidelines to do these install. Typically these are Customer Engineer's responsibilities. There are two processes to be done for any EMC hardware installation - one is Clarify install case (which will enable you to install the details of the hardware you are installing in the EMC support database called Clarify) and the second is Change Control (CCA) - you can do an install only with an approved CCA.

This support forum may not be the right place to discuss any further on this. Thus I strongly recommend to get in touch with your Support manager or EMC representative handing the Partner relationship.

The Dial home number depends on where it is located.

However, the dial home configuration must be done by EMC CE or any Partner CE - because the system also needs to be entered to EMC Support database with all required information which the Customer engineer will do.

Don't you have any EMC or Unisys Customer Engineer assigned for this install?

A: System is CX3-80 and it is located in Pakistan.

Q: Don't you have any EMC or Unisys Customer Engineer assigned for this install?
A: We are EMC Partner. I have installed it on the customer side. Everything is working fine. With your help dial home & CLARalert has successfully done. But now the question how storage will dial home.

How the system entered to EMC Support database? any procedure for that please advice, so i follow it.
