There are a couple of potential causes for that error message. As the text mentions, the primary reason for it is if the management interface is not fully loaded, such as just after an SP or system reboot. If you receive this message at all times, then the process could be hung and need restarting. You can attempt to do this via the "Navisphere Setup Page." Enter the IP address of one of the storage processors into a supported web browser followed by /setup for example
http://192.168.1.5/setup

Input the user name and password at the prompts.

Click "Restart Management Server"

Wait several minutes and attempt to open Navisphere via a new web browser session. If this does not work you will want to contact your technical support representative, who should be able to advise you on what other steps you can take.
