How do I get the part number of my SPS on an AX4-5?
We have one SPS down on our AX4-5. I'm trying to find the EMC part number but have had no luck whatsoever. Also, I'm not physically located where the SAN is. Any help is much appreciated!Thank you!

Hi,
The SPS part number for AX4-5 is 118031985, ROHS part number is 078-000-062.
Note :: Non-RoHS parts cannot replace RoHS parts in Europe. Replace RoHS parts like for like in Europe.

We can not get the SPS Part Number from the Navisphere Express.
However, below are the Part Numbers for AX4-5 SPS: 118031985 and 078-000-062.

The latest version of Triiage will put the part numbers at the end of the analysis text file - I'm assuming you're either a Partner or internal support - if a partner, make sure you have the most current version.
