Hi,
What is the status of thin lun 400? Is it accessible?
Recommend to open service request with support team to investigate and fix the issue.

If you have lost a LUN, then gather the logs and contact support. If the data is not imp then.....What happened?
Any hardfailure of FRU's?
Just the alert wont help us understand to help you here, please elaborate on what went and what you would need.
The more the info we have, the better suggestion you'd get.
