I don't think the original question was about Avamar backups, I believe the question was related to compression and/or deduplication built in to a CLARiiON and/or Celerra storage system.
ramasingh, can you clarify what model of system you have, and whether you are referring to NAS or SAN/Block data? What type of data and what is your ultimate goal?
I understand. I did think about that. However, considering the tags to this post I thought may be he is asking for deduplication and compression in general.
I want to enable deduplication and compression on my storage array.
do we have any limitation and requriment for this.
And to enable both the thing.
Anyhow, I was unable to find much related to deduplication for CLARiiON family.
However, I would add here Using Celerra Data Deduplicate which clearly states the Restriction and limitations on Page Number 9.
Moreover,If you are looking for something than traditional backup then EMC Avamar is the package you need to check considering is unmatched capability.
If not, I would request you to specify you are looking for or brief us more regarding your query.
The above documentation is really very well help in understanding data deduplication and compression on VNX storage array.
I have VMAX 20K storage array where I would like to know whether is it possible to implement data deduplication and compression technical. Please provide your suggestion and feedback.

Data Deduplication is a key feature of EMC Avamar. By default, all the backups are compressed and deduped and there is no way to turn it off.
For your reference, PFA EMC Avamar Admin Guide. Refer Page Number 19 which explains How It works.

On VNX, Compression only is support on VNX Block. Compression/Dedup is only supported in VMX File.

For Compression on CX4, you can refer to : http://www.emc.com/collateral/hardware/white-papers/h8045-data-compression-wp.pdf
Glen has already posted for compression on VNX.

I believe there is a forum for VMAX - you might want to post your question there.
