Navisphere GUI and navisecli reporting different mirror states
Hi,
We have configured replication between two CX300 boxes. Replication is set only between Controllers B of both the array.
- Have created 2 sync mirrors and added them to a Consistency group.
- Once the mirrors are synchronized, on the primary i tresspass the luns to SP A (Previosly SPB was the lun owner)
- Now, Since the replication connectivity is only between SPB's of both the arrays, on tresspass, Navisphere GUI shows the replication status as "Mirrors are in SystemFractured , consistent state"
But From CLI the remote state of the consistency group returned is as follows
Group Name: HPSyncGroup
Role: Secondary
State: Synchronized
Condition: Active
The states shown by GUI and CLI differ.Just wanted to check the reason behind this inconsistent states shown by both GUI and CLI.
Please let me know if anyone has seen similar behavior

Next time if you want to check to see if it's the polling issue, investigate this Primus solution:
emc99876
This Primus explains how to restart what is called the array's Management Server. Restarting this process does not impact IO as it restarts the process that keeps track of the components of the array and the agent on the SP. Doing this to both SPs and waiting 2 minutes before logging back in should allow Navisphere to display the correct information.

What FLARE version are you running on the CX300?
