Navisphere Service Taskbar error

Question

Hey folks, I'm attempting to install some software enablers using NST 6.24.53.0.2. I was able to successfully upgrade FLARE to v26 on my CX3-80. After doing so, each time I run the Software Installation wizard from NST, I get an error that simply reads 'Incompatible Version', with some verbage about contacting the storage vendor to upgrade software on the array... Any thoughts? Bruce

Hi Bruce,Download the latest version for Flare 26 your current version is for Flare 24.You can download it from powerlink Adrian
