Need help finding the EMC AX150i serial number.

I have a Dell/EMC AX150i. I purchased a AX150-Series 2-Year Enhanced Service Coverage. EMC says they need a serial number that starts with APM, SL7E, FNM or CK. The Dell S/N starts with FCNPR. I saw this quote on the Dell Forum:

"At the top of the Dell | EMC forum is a post called "AX100 - AX 150 Powerlink Site", in it is a link to Dell's AX150 support site, you will want to go to that site and register the serial number on the AX150i, make sure you get the right number it will start with FCNPR0......anyother number is not the right serial number for this registration."

The Dell AX150 support site link goes to: http://www.emc.com/dell-ax150support which gets redirected to: http://www.emc.com/microsites/clariion-support/ax150/support.esp?partner=dell&redirect=true. The register link redirects to: http://www.emc.com/microsites/clariion-support/ax150/download.htm where it doesn't give a place to register. The EMC Customer support is unable to use the FCNPRO number. How do I find the APM, SL7E, FNM or CK serial number when it's not on the storage unit. The 6 drives in the unit have been erased so I am unable to use Navisphere to see the serial number.

How do I register my AX150i?

Once upon a time Dell/EMC AX150 units did use the FCNPRxxxx serial number with the link below that no longer works.

• For AX-150 — http://www.emc.com/dell-ax150support

In addition to software, the websites also have customized documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting trees.  Customers will need to use the EMC serial number to register, the serial number starts with FCNPRxxxx or APM00xxxxxx.

Note:  There are typically multiple serial numbers on the rear of the system that start with FCN, the only one that will work is the one that starts with FCNPR...

How can I register my AX150i and Service Agreement?

I was told today by EMC that they do not support the AX150i. Does anyone know where I can get drive images of the first 4 drives so I can salvage this boat anchor?

Thanks
