try connecting to http://IP/setup and use credentials clariion/clariion! . If that does not work you will need to create a PPP connection to the SP and create a new account (CX300, CX500, and CX700 Storage Systems Initialization Guide -- A01

Thank you for your reply. i just want to clarify if i am going to reset the password, will it distroy the existing data on the SAN?

what will happen to the existing LUN mappings? because there is one server already running and LUN0 already mapped into the above server. if i destroy the security settings, nothing will happen to LUN mapping to the existing server? please try to give me more information.

security settings is for authentication, has nothing to do with lun access of servers.
