For CLARiiON, Unisphere can manage systems running FLARE releases as old as FLARE 19 with certain caveats (for example, new capabilities such as FAST will not be available for FLARE 19 systems).
For Unisphere off-array you need:
EMC Unisphere Client (windows) 1.0.0.1.0492
EMC Unisphere Server (Windows) 1.0.0.1.0473
CLI is still packaged with the Navisphere name, but there is a new release for FLARE 30 available if you want to run CLI.
Glen, I attempted to mark this as answered weeks ago but was unable to figure out how. Nowhere on the forum page is there a way to mark this thread as answered. I must be missing something. I did give points for helpful and correct answers.

(update) I found it at the top of the page. I swear it was not clickable before. I must be losing my mind.

You can use the Unisphere client (replacement name of Navisphere Off Array UI) on arrays below R30.
