Storage system detects an unsupported disk drive

Hi All,

We have a Clariion AX4-5, a failed disk was seen and the hot spare covered this failure but when we try to replace the disk with new one we get the following message "unsupported disk drive", you can see a short timeline of the failure below:

03/01/2019 10:24:41 Enclosure 0 Disk 5 (7202)The storage system detects an unsupported disk drive and will not bring it online. Contact your storage system vendor to obtain supported disk drives.

We have tried this replacement with three different models disks, all of them are valid based on "Disks and flare OE Matrix" as you can see below:

1 x 005-048831
1 x 005-050063
1 x 005-049024

We always get the same message -->> "unsupported disk drive"

In addition, the correct flare version is already installed:

Name of the software package: FLARE-Operating-Environment
Revision of the software package: 02.23.050.5.707

Finally, a "power off / power on" was applied this weekend due to another issue but the situation is the same if we try to replace the disk.
I would know if someone can say me how to proceed for replacing this faulty disk (unsupported disk)?
Is it another and safer way to proceed ?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks in advanced,
Regards.
