Testing SAN Copy in the Navisphere Simulator v3.26: problems setting up

Question

I¿m trying to get SAN Copy to work, but whatever I¿m trying, CX40-Botton does not want to see the CX40-Top (as well as the other way around). I¿ve enabled both SPA0 and SPB0 ports as SAN Copy ports in a new storage group I created, I¿ve got 2 CPL¿s (clone private luns) and plenty of luns in the RLP (reserved lun pool). I¿m trying the wizard rom the pull down menu: ¿Tasks, replication, configure san copy¿ as well as the wizard from the task bar on the left as well as right click on the lun and then ¿san copy, create session¿. I can¿t get it to work. I know it's just a simulator, but I need to play around a bit to be able to know the product better

Or: type "simulator" in the search bar and look for "Navisphere Simulator" (50MB)

Arrggg ..another perk of being EMC partner. I get access denied when i click on that link and the search only display Celerra simulator.

I am very interested in this tool but I have the same problem as Dynamox and I think 50 MB is too big for my email box Could you please put it on a ftp site ?

I found a workaround !I set up MV/A with all the prereq's I need for that and suddenly SC works fine as well.Hey, it's a simulator !

If you do a search for 'simulator' in Powerlink, you'll find all simulators EMC has for you. Emailing it is impossible as the sim is rather big
