Reinstallation of drivers

My hard drive crashed and I have had to reinstall Win 2k. However, I do not have my original software and system documentation. It was accidentally picked up and packed by movers and is currently (somewhere) in storage and won't be available until my new house is completed. I have reinstalled W2k but I am exhausted from searching for some of the OEM drivers and programs. I can not find the program that will allow me to configure the HK695 speakers, the Roxrio CD controls, or driver for the Sony F/EJ3 1.44 floppy drive.

I have installed the Intel chip set but I still have a question mark in device manager under "Other Device" and "Unknown Device." I have been trying for days to get everything back to "normal."

Help will be greatly appreciated.

The floppy drive needs no driver.  Neither do the speakers.

The sound card or onboard sound does need a driver, as do the video and modem.  In order to get USB 2.0 support working (if your system supports that) you must install Service Pack 4.

The Roxio software cannot be downloaded - it will have to wait until you get your discs back, or you'll have to buy a copy of Roxio at retail or borrow the disc from another Dell owner.

Thanks for your reply ejn63. I have Service Pack 4 and USB is working properly. I was able to customize the audio settings before, but I don't know what I need to be able to do this. I have searched all of Dell to no avail.
