We Have changed All of our AX4-5F Clarrion disks and We were not aware of , that The 4 first disk have the flare OE . So that the order of disks is now unknown and there are two many possibilities to insert disks. Now that this device is not supports any more and The device doesnt have any IP Address , I connected By a hand maded Cable to Manage MINI-DB9 port and Saw that the OS has problem. I don't even have access to flare OE Becouse Nacisphere cant connect to Device(for lake of ip) and therefor it cant get updates from Site(although I am not sure if there is any update available, While EMC site doesnt Exists anymore and this device type isnt supported by DELL any more) i cant Even Download FLARE OE file itself and I couldnt find it anywhere . So What Should I do.Could You Please Help Me. I want To Install Flare OE or somehow repair it . So that I can use it a Storage Again.There Is any Hardware Problem and if the OS is install then it can works again. Thanks For Help.
If you have an old set of spcollects you can use that to put your drives in order back into your AX4-5. If you don’t have any old spcollects, then it is going to be much harder to put the drives back in order so that you can get the flare os working again.

Hello Fux,
DL36684_AX4-5-Series_FLARE_OE_Bundle_02.23.050.5.711.pbu is what you would need. ( For AX 4-5 )
Use powerlink / support.emc.com
Search with keywords like FARE, choose the product as Clariion and you should get the file.
