Sounds like you don't have the enabler installed. Also requires the Thin Provisioning enabler to be installed with it.

Edit: In Unisphere, open System Properties then click on the Software tab to see installed enablers.

Flare 4.30+ required too.

Is the Compression enabler installed ?

Once installed, there will be a Compression tab visible when you go into a LUN's properties where it can be turned on.

there was no any Compression tag in LUN property..

Brett is correct, this feature requires an active licence. Contact licencing team if the license is not enabled.
