Hi,

To order a new drive, you need to have TLA part number.

you can check and get the TLA part number of the drive from Navisphere by expanding the Array

Physical > Expand your DAE (Disk Array Enclosure) > Select the required drive > Properties

where you can see the TLA part number of the drive. (Example: 005048198)

In the properties window, you can also find the serial number of the drive, but to order a new drive, TLA part number is required.

Thanks

Madhu

Yes thanks, I know how to find part number TLA number, I do not know how to find the serial number of the disk type, for example BE104095116127, which is indicated on the front of the disk at the bottom. That is, for RMA form does not require a prerequisite to specify the disk serial number?

If you have access to Navisphere or Unipshere, find the physical disks, right click on the disk and select Properties - this will show the serial number and the TLA part number.

If you use naviseccli - use the

naviseccli -h IP_Address getdisk -tla -serial  - this will give you all the disks

naviseccli -h IP_Address getdisk 0_0_0 -tla -serial  - this will give you disk 0_0_0  Bus_enc_disk
