multiple emails from navisphere manager for e-mail home tab?

in Navisphere 6.24.2.5.0 I have setup a Monitor Template that successfully emails SPx alerts. On the "e-mail home" tab is there a way to put multiple email addresses in the TO or CC fields? I currently have "emcalerts@emc.com" in the TO field, In the CC field I'd like to add 2 emails. I've tried using commas and semi-colons as delimiters. This isn't working. Is it possible to add more than one email address in these fields and if so, what is the delimiter? It only seems to work if there's 1 address in each field.

Any help/411 would be great. thanks in advance.

Yes - it is possible to specify more than one email addresses in the CC field. Separate the email addresses by comma - do not leave any space in between the emails after the comma.

Please ensure you are using correct version of the Template.

However, EMC support typically works with Call Home - although email Home may be an option. Have you contacted EMC CE and/or your local EMC team for setting up Email Home? Please note that, Email Home may not provide the level of support available with call home.

Sandip -- thanks for the delimiter tip. It worked with a comma and no spaces. We're using template 6.26.2 on a CX3-20 (FLARE = 03.24.020.5.014). We were indeed working w/ a CE for EMC Secure Remote Gateway installation. We figured we'd setup the SPx e-mail home feature as a stop-gap measure until the Gateway product is running and the design approved by Support.
