register my clariion array

Dear All,

When I try to register my clariion array from powerlink site and enter storage system serial number it give this error massege

"there was a system error please check the serial number and try again "  but I ensure that serial number is correct.

can anybody help me in this error.

Please consider moving this question as-is (no need to recreate) to the proper forum for maximum visibility.  Questions written to the users' own "Discussions" space don't get the same amount of attention and questions can go unanswered for a long time. 

You can do so by selecting "Move" under ACTIONS along the upper-right.  Then search for and select: "CLARiiON Support Forum" which would be the most relevant for this question.

I see that you are accessing Powerlink.  Can you instead try at the following link on support.emc.com which is where we have been transitioning towards as the client portal:
