Cava Software Downn Load

I have looked in this section and there is no Celerra Anti Virus option avaialble here for myslef.

If you have proper Powerlink Access - CAVA software can be downloaded from Powerlink using the following Navigation Path -

Home > Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > Downloads C > Celerra Anti Virus Agent ( CAVA )

Please note that for the latest CAVA software - please use Celerra_Event_Enabler (CEE) - this software contains CEPA and CAVA and Sizing Tool.

The download page will show CAVA software separately only upto CAVA version 3.6.2 - but all later versions are bundled with CEE.

My bad - it may not be available for customer download. I checked it as an Employee and may not be valid for you.

Please get in touch with your local EMC Contact - if you have the CAVA license, getting a newer version of CAVA should not be an issue. If you don't get any help locally, please contact the EMC Support team.

Unfortunately, Sandip is correct. Every time I want to upgrade, I have to call my local CE, who drives out with a CD for me. Of all the things possible, why is this the only piece of software that I have to obtain in this way? Why is the CEE distributed in this fashion? I'd love it, Sandip, if you and/or Rainer could send that question up the chain. I've never gotten a satisfactory answer from my local sales, CE or the regional managers I've met at EMCWorld. This is a serious pain in the rumpus.
