boot issue on control station NS120

NS120 is working  fine (both SPA, SPB & data movers),  but the control station , is unable  to boot . I connected a keyboard and a screen to analyze the messages :

...

Creating root device

Mounting root filesystem

mount: error 6 mounting ext3

mount: error 2 mounting none

switching to new root

switchroot: mount failed 22

mount /initrd/dev failed :2

Kernel panic - not syncing attempted to kill init !

When trying to boot from CD , i found  the BIOS was protected by a password (??)  . then i was unable to boot from CD.

How could we recover the control station to a normal state ,  many thanks in advance.

the problem  has  been solved, many thanks  to an EMC expert  from  Algeria  who suggested to boot with  NAS CD , when  having a boot issue  on the control station  , you must know that booting with any  Redhat   linux  CD will not work , the only CD that works was NAS CD that was shipped with Celerra.
