what you want to is create a share on the Celerra CIFS server
to do that from a Win2003 server script you can either:
- use ssh to issue a server_export command on the Celerra CLI - with plink.exe and a .ssh config for that password it straightforward
- use a Windows CLI command that uses the MS CIFS API - for example rmtshare.exe from the Windows resource pack
