Minimum Retention is for Pool or for Pool + PEA?

Hi, I want to implement EBR (the C-Clip is waiting for event triggering) but (in some cases) I want NO retention at all after the event is triggered.

There is a capability attribute FP_VARIABLE_RETENTION_MIN that enables me to know the minimum acceptable retention that may be specified in either FPClip_EnableEBRWithPeriod or FPClip_TriggerEBREventWithPeriod.

However, it is not clear (to me at least, sorry) whether this value is applicable to the cluster, or to a Pool (with associated PEA)

In other words, can I request (from the Administrator) a specific PEA that would allow my application to work with FP_VARIABLE_RETENTION_MIN == 0, without this value (needed by my application) having to be applicable too to any other application using the same cluster ?
