What version of DSM do you currently have installed, & which are you trying to upgrade to? Have you tried uninstalling your current DSM, and then try installing the newer version?
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
I checked and it looks to be an issue with windows registry issue. I would try to use a third-party software to uninstalling DSM. Once it has been uninstalled then I would try to reinstall it again.

Hi,
I get the same error while attempting to uninstall to.
Current version: 19.1.1.579
Required version: 19.1.10.350
The full DSM server is fine. This is for just the Client install for Admin team
