SC4020 Single LUN not performing data deduplication

Question

Hi Everyone, I created a few LUNs on our new SC4020 and everything is great apart from one LUN.  It's 8TB and has around 4.5TB of data on it.  Unfortunately it won't perform any dedupe?  I've tried toggling the setting off and back on, but nothing.  The others are ok. any ideas? Thanks

Just noticed the snapshots have not been running...strange.  I've manually created one, and reapplied the profile. Will see if anything starts to happen

What SCOS versions is your system running?
The Volume which does not show Deduplication does it have snapshots being taken?
If the Volume has snapshots how often are they being expired?
