$0.00 Dell Rewards for 2 months

I ordered a computer on December 24, 2020 through the online chat representative, who told me he had correctly set everything up with my Dell Rewards and I'd receive 3% for the purchase.

It's now February 20, 2021 and I've been told, through roughly 30 phone calls, emails (that mostly don't get responses) and online chats:

- Rewards would show up within 24 hours of the purchase

- Within 48 hours of the purchase

- Within 30 days from the purchase

- Within 30 days of the invoice date

- Within 30 days of the shipping date

- Within 24 hours of a particular phone call, GUARANTEED

- Then, someone tried to say I wasn't registered with Dell Rewards, and that the operator had processed my account the day AFTER I purchased the computer. I immediately told them I had kept the email of the live chat from when I purchased it, and after being put on hold for the millionth time, they retracted that nonsense and said "Oh yeah, it does show up that you had your rewards set up, I'm sorry" (so clearly, that was just an excuse to try to get out of giving me the rewards)

- Oh I'm sorry, it's actually within 30 BUSINESS days from the invoice date, which is 45 days from the invoice date

- Oh I'm sorry, even though it didn't show up again, we can't talk to you until Monday. Call back then. (Because conveniently, it's always "wait until a day that happens to line up with the weekend that we don't have Customer Care available, then call us back Monday and we'll tell you to wait a few more days until the weekend again")

This is absurd. I get that people are dealing with harder work loads due to the pandemic, but I'm way past just being nice and cordial and giving everyone the benefit of the doubt.

Clearly, Dell just does not want to give out rewards money that you're entitled to, and at this point, I'm fully expecting they're going to drag this out until the 90 days are up and then say I should have spent the cash that I have no access to because they aren't allowing me to make any purchases.

Who do you have to talk to in order to get someone to actually do their job?
