Advantage Rewards from Alienware Arena Not applied

Hi, I am coming here to get an answer as the good folks at Alienware Arena (AWA) haven't been able to solve my problem. Alienware Arena (AWA) has the option to get credit to Dell via the "Dell Advantage" (DA) program. These are supposed to be posted to the account within 30 days of redeeming them. Alienware Arena (AWA) states that Dell should have processed the latest batch, however several people appear to have been missed; me included. At this time it has been 34 days since I claimed my rewards and they have not been processed. I am missing a $10 and $30 reward. Images included showing both my AWA and DA accounts. Please rectify the issue to at least figure out a decent solution. I am wanting to make a purchase; but being a broke college student out of work with kids that can be difficult without the best deals available.
