Alienware Order - No Shipping or Update - Credit Card Charged Fully

Firstly I made another post regarding this issue and for some reason this forum is not allowing me to edit or reply to my original post.

This is my problem , My credit has been charged for fully amount of $1649 without shipping the actual product and yet Dell customer care or anyone in dell is not able to tell me the reason.

Let me be very clear with my questions this time,

1. DELL has charged(not in pending status) my credit card for the full purchase amount  on 11/30 and today is 12/12, Still my the product is not shipped ?

2.If it is not Shipped , what is the reason for the delay and when it will ship ?

3.Why should I cancel the order , when Dell has actually charged me and not shipped the product, Who is at fault for this ?
