Amazed Dell is still in business.

Simple, if you want any type of reasonable support go elsewhere. I am simply amazed and appalled at the same time with how they conduct support in this present day. It's as if they almost want to deter you from dealing with them. The amount of transfers within the call structure is obscene.

Brand new Aurora7, bad system board and GTX1080 video card. Took hours to diagnose remotely, than stated parts would be ordered, followed by parts will not be available for another 2 weeks. I proceeded to ask for some type of compensation, which is not to far fetched after buying a brand new PC, delivered directly from Dell having bad components which cannot be replaced for a total of 3 weeks. Answer I got was wait the time or return it. No supervisor interaction just broken English level 1 giving no satisfaction. Mind you, I asked for Supervisor but was given a run around. 

Upper management should be held accountable for this broken process and lousy business ethics.
