Curious About My Order
Hello,
On December 26th I ordered an Alienware 17, an ultrasharp 27" monitor, and an alienware aurora alx.
So far everything has shipped, except the Aurora which is still showing as In Production :(
Anyone able to help me out with what the holdup may be?

Here are some contact addresses for AW. BTW, I'm using the m18x currently....powerful.
I've had an ATX Aurora 4 too....
UK = alienware_1@dell.com
USA = awsocialmedia@dell.com, AWCC-Resolution_experts@Dell.com
Email them and ask? They may not have the answer, but it is the Escalation Team.

Hooray! Whatever the problem seems tohave been resolved, since it is finally showing as Shipped.
Now just the wait for shipping >.<
